1. Who we are

SignalScope is operated by ChaPhil. When this policy says "we", "us", or "our", it refers to ChaPhil. You can reach us at support@signalscope.chaphil.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Account data: your email address, name, and password (stored securely — never in plain text).
  • Project data: the product information and targeting preferences you configure in the app.
  • Signal data: publicly available posts and discussions we surface for you, stored in your account so you can review and act on them.
  • Usage data: activity counts used to operate your plan correctly.
  • Billing data: your subscription status. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store them.
  • Support messages: anything you send us via the contact form, so we can respond.

We do not use third-party analytics trackers, sell data, or collect anything beyond what is needed to run the service.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and improve the service.
  • To send transactional emails — account verification and billing receipts. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
  • To enforce plan limits and protect against abuse.
  • To respond to support and feedback requests.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate SignalScope — covering areas such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and AI-assisted features. Each provider is bound by appropriate data processing terms.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information is removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be retained for longer.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All data in transit is encrypted. We follow current security best practices for credential storage and access control. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

7. Cookies and session storage

SignalScope does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We store your session credentials locally in your browser solely to keep you signed in. This data is cleared when you sign out.

8. Your rights

You can update your profile at any time from within the app. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us at support@signalscope.chaphil.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email where appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
